Refund Policy
Final Sale.
For product safety reasons all sales are final. We accept refunds or exchanges, for items damaged in transit or defective items. Melted shea body butter does not qualify for exchange or refund. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to alert us of the damage. You must return the item to us, we do not pay for shipping labels. Upon receiving the damaged item, we will send out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of your item. When submitting for an exchange send us an email at hello@lebleubodycare.com with the order number and picture of the product(s).
