Soleil Bleu is crafted as a perfume oil, with our luxurious base composed of fractionated coconut, papaya, and baobab oils—each known for their nourishing and skin-friendly properties. Oil-based perfumes boast a profound aroma due to the oils' slower evaporation rate than alcohol. This unique oil base allows the fragrance to linger gracefully for extended periods, delivering an intimate olfactory experience.
